All apartments have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom will contain a Queen Size double bed. The second bedroom will have twin or bunk beds or a double bed. All apartments sleep 4 people privately. In addition, the simplex and duplex apartments can accommodate a further 2 people on a sleeper couch in the lounge.
The Loft Apartments have a double volume lounge with stairs leading to the main bedroom en-suite. They are positioned on the first floor or second floor and have a balcony.
The Simplex Apartments are more spacious with a dining room and large open plan kitchen. They are positioned on the ground floor or first floor and have a balcony or patio.
The Duplex Apartments are designed for the larger family or two small families traveling together. You enter on the ground floor which contains a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and family room with a sleeper couch. Internally, you climb the stairs to the first floor which has the main bedroom, bathroom and lounge, which leads onto the balcony.
About the apartments
All apartments with first floor and second floor balconies have stunning views out over False Bay to the Hottentots Holland Mountains beyond.
All apartments are fully furnished, including Television with TV1, 2, 3, ETV and MNet open time and a Mini Hi-FI/CD Player.
- Bedding and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.
- All apartments are prepared and cleaned prior to occupation. Additional full daily cleaning services are available – rates on request.
- A laundry service is available – rates on request.
- During occupation, on a weekly basis, linen and towels are changed.
- Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Each apartment has one parking bay allocated to it. Garages within the complex may be hired at an extra fee of R65.00 per night.
